Insert the Rabbit & Dragon EVOL Bottles into the EVOL Driver and turn the level to activate the transformation into Kamen Rider EVOL!

Use the Cobra bottle to transform into Kamen Rider EVOL Cobra Form (Phase 1). Use the Dragon Bottle to reach phase 2 in Evol Dragon Form and Phase 3 with the Rabbit/Dragon bottle and the Rider bottle.

Use the included EVOL Trigger to activate Black Hol Form (phase 4)!
